BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNERS

Kristy Logans- Chunky Monkey Oatmeal

  • 1/3 cup oats,

  • 1/3 cup almond milk,

  • 1 container of Greek yogurt,

  • 1/2 a sliced banana,

  • tbsp of peanut butter and a

  • tbsp of chocolate chips (my husband did walnuts instead of chips).

 

Mix everything together in a bowl and cover. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning. Will be trying other varieties in the week.
